S.C. EST MEDICA S.R.L stands for a newly established pharmaceutical company, with 100% private ownership, who started its activity in March 2003 by distributing pharmaceutical products in Iasi area. In the same year there were opened another 2 agencies in Brasov and Baia Mare and we have closed agreements with local distributors from Bucharest, Timisoara, Craiova and Constanta. With this geographical distribution we are covering almost the entire Romanian geographical area (as presented in the Distribution Network Map).
In year 2004 we start the investment in EST MEDICA sanitary materials brand:
ESTInject, ESTGlove, ESTPlast, ESTMedica.

WHAT DO WE DO?
Our business is concentrated in 3 divisions:
1. Pharma Distribution Division – mainly dealing with pharmaceuticals products of romanian and international producers. We have 3 warehouses: in Iasi, in Brasov and in Baia Mare and distribution contracts with companies from Bucharest, Timisoara, Craiova and Constanta.
2. International Pharma Division – structured in the following activities:
a. Importing raw materials (mainly from Europe, China & India) for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food market from Romania and the Moldavian Republic.
b. Exporting raw materials and finished forms to the countries of the former CIS and to our European partners.
3. Sanitary Materials Distribution Division – starting from March 2005 we produce with manufacturing agreement the all range of EST MEDICA sanitary materials:
ESTInject - Disposable syringes
ESTMedica - Disposable needles, infusion sets, urine bags
ESTPlast - Plasters for first aids, all sizes and forms
ESTGlove - Latex gloves (powdered and free powder): exam,surgical and household
ESTMedica - Protective products (non-woven and CPE): face masks, caps,
shoe covers; gauze bandages with cutting edge for medical use, P.O.P bandages and gauze swabs
This products are distributed through our network distribution (directly to the hospitals and pharmacies) and through the cooperation of the other national companies.
Our business is continuously expanding and we are looking for partners in order to create strong, long term and most of all, successful partnerships.
